I said I was in a rush and had to be at the office so the lady offered to do my Hollywood wax on the spot and would send her colleague in later for my full leg. The Hollywood wax was ok, it was painless, but she was rushing a bit and I noticed at home that there are quite a few hairs left. Then I had to wait alone in the room for 20 minutes before the next therapist came in and gave me the fastest leg wax I’ve ever had - she was rushing so much that she left huge blobs of wax all over my legs and areas that hadn’t been done at all. I had to ask her to remove the wax and some hairs but it wasn’t a complete job at all. I don’t think it was horrendous but it definitely was rushed and wasn’t relaxing or worth the £63 ish they charged. I ended up being 20 mins late back to the office despite having planned the timing and overall it was just rushed.
