Awful - Not happy at all
Came here for eyelash extensions on the afternoon of Saturday 18th May. Extensions started to lift away and leave gaps by Saturday evening as they were not properly glued to individual hairs. The technician was a nice woman but was more focused about conversing with her colleague and talking on her mobile than doing my eyelashes. One eye is also uneven when compared to the other... She really rushed at the end because other customers came into the store so she didn't focus on me properly. The technician also celotaped my face instead of using pads to protect the lower lashes and also used scissors to cut the lashes that ended up being glued to my lower lash line, which shows that the extensions were not done properly. Why put scissors near my eyes like that when it's so dangerous?
Won't be coming back here, better to spend slightly more and get a better service/result than wasting 40 pounds here.
