If you go to the correct entrance you’ll receive a great wax - however the heaven on the main high street completely forgot about me - however the lady at heaven on the side street completely made up for it.

Terrible experience.
I was asked to be there a bit early but they did not respect my request and put me with another member of staff. She was unpleasant, wax was burning and despite mentioning it to her she didn’t seem to care nor give any alternative. The whole thing took more than 30 mins (it usually takes 15 mins approx) and it was quite painful.
I mentioned it to the reception staff and he apologised but the whole experience has really put me off from using their services again.
