The treatment itself was great, the nail technicians who did my manicure and pedicure were professional and friendly, however my experience was dampened due to 2 remarks made upon my arrival by the manager. I came with my sister who recommended this place, for the manager to make two remarks regarding my weight and how I'm a much bigger girl than my sister. This was unnecessary and really upset my experience as I have had issues with my weight. Totally not what you expect when you just want a manicure and pedicure.

I was slightly put off by the venue as it didn't seem like the usual waxing and place, more focused on nails and the room was downstairs with basic equipment. However, once you get past that the girl waxing me was great. Put me at ease straight away and the wax was completely painless and over quickly (a good combination!) would go back there assuming I could book the same person as good value for money.

I had a gel powder extension. It was performed well, but I expected an actual gel nail extension like they do in Europe.
