Although the therapist was very warm and friendly, my eyebrow area was swollen, cut and sore after the threading. I have had many threading experiences before, but never had such a reaction to it. In hindsight, the therapist could have been more gentle, and provided me with a mirror whilst the treatment was being carried out. Will not have the threading done at Heavens again, although will consider it with another therapist.

The staff were friendly. My waxing was extremely thorough and didn’t hurt too much! I’ve never had my eyebrows tinted before and the beautician took me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with the colour. Overall very good experience, lovely staff and great price.
