Beauty therapist was very experienced, since I’ve given birth I’ve been fairly sensitive down there but the Hollywood wax was quick, efficient and hardly painful. The therapist has a good technique and a week later I hardly see any hair growth.

Booked an appointment. Arrived and told it would be a 30 minute wait. What’s the point of allocating a time slot if the customer still has to wait? Staff just shrugged and suggested another time. Which I then did not make.

The sunbed is quite old and very very hot that it’s almost uncomfortable, and it would be good if the towel could be replaced between users, BUT it is very good value and the staff are lovely.
