Best place that I have found in London so far! I have been going there for the last 6 months, staff super friendly and always provide a brilliant service (waxing in my case) ! I could not recommend it more...!

The spa isn’t relaxing at all - it feels unclean (brown water stains on the ceiling for example), and is quite noisy. The phone kept ringing during the massage, and you can clearly hear everything that’s going on at the reception/front desk. The massage room was also quite cold and the oils used were cold too, so it was all a bit uncomfortable. The massage itself wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t return due to the overall experience.
