Smooth waxing experience. They use hot wax which is literally heaven for my corser hair type. Jemma was great! I asked what I felt were stupid questions, but she was sooooo easy to talk to and knowledgable about everything to do with waxing, ingrown hairs etc. She actually explained the science behind it which means it stuck with me (finally after over 12 years of mixing shaving and waxing and not effectively exfoliating) The salon is clean, they were really friendly and efficient too. Would definitely recommend!
