Mixed massage - definitely didn't appreciate another member of staff banging on the door to announce that the next customer had arrived whilst my massage was ongoing

staff were welcoming and chatty. Kiran was really lovely as she made sure I was comfortable and knew exactly what my treatment would involve. She also brought me a cup of water. quite a high price but it is central London so pretty standard.
