Really nice and relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very welcoming and they make you feel comfortable. Hafsa was great she was really friendly. I’ve had bad experiences of Salons before but I’m defo going back here again! (Already booked another session!)
Nouman who was at reception was great too - makes a huge difference when you have smiley friendly staff.

I went for a wax at Heavens this week and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of this treatment I have had in London. My beauty therapist, Sammy, was super lovely- made me feel really welcome, was super professional and did a great job. I will definitely be coming back and have already recommended it to all my friends!
