The staff are lovely and the wax was good - it took a little longer than normal but the flipside of that is that attention was paid to detail and I had no after-effects at all (rare as I have very sensitive skin). Great eyebrow and eyelash tint too. The salon is a very basic setting (tiny treatment room etc) so I think the prices are about right for what you get.

You know your eyebrows are in good hands when the beautician has great eyebrows herself! Jemma did a great job, I’ve always been a very particular person when it comes to eyebrows (too many salons have done me wrong) but Jemma completely understood what I wanted and always checked with me after each step. Will definitely go back!
