Second visit there and absolutely perfect. Cheapest infills I've ever had and by far the best experience. The nail technician clearly actually cares about doing a good job (which I've found is rare) and is extremely friendly. Would recommend.

I was served on time for my appointment, at 6pm, however there was another customer waiting for their appointment at the same time when I arrived who was not served until 7pm. I'm not sure why this was, however it certainly ruined the relaxing atmosphere that should be when you are getting your nails done.
I was treated well and given a half price coupon if I choose to go back, however I did not like that I was being treated well when other customers were clearly unhappy and in my opinion not being treated well. It made me feel unwelcome in an indirect way, at the fault of the staff.
The treatments themselves, I initially thought they were done nicely, however the nail polish chipped after one nights sleep, I did not get Shellac it was normal nail polish. I did not do anything strenuous with my hands and with manicures in the past at other shops the nail polish does not chip that easily. Not sure if this was the way that the nail polish was applied or the polish itself. The pedicure was done well, however the polish on my toes also lasted a lot less than usual.
Overall even though I was offered a half price treatment next time, I do not think I will be returning even though at the time of the treatment I thought I might.
The relationship between the gentleman front of house and the nail technicians was also unclear, who should the complaint be made to?
