Very disappointed. The photos on the website make it appear much bigger, brighter and nicer than what it actually is. I had a really old blanket to cover me and there was moudly ceiling tiles to look up at. In terms of ambience the rest of the salon could be heard in the tiny room and the 'music' was from an iphone. I had booked an 1hr 20min facial and it only lasted 1 hr 5mins. Only because I had the 50% promotion was it better value. This is the most unprofessional facial I have ever had. The therapist did not ask about my skincare routine prior and when she explained the facial I was told I would receive a massage which I didn't. She cleaned my face about 6 times (pretty sure this isn't normal) with awkward hand gestures which made it hard to breathe. She also sneezed but then proceeded to sniff throughout the treatment. I was not warned about the extraction which was very painful. My face was smooth after but will never again set foot in this salon.

Amazingly thorough wax with lovely chatty and considerate experienced therapist Kiran. This is a family-run business with hard-working staff who take pride in doing a great job. I am impressed and will be back in 6 weeks!

Jason was absolutely amazing. He didn't rush at all and I felt very relaxed. He was so careful and my nails look perfect. I have found my new nail place, very happy. 100% recommend.
