The spa isn’t relaxing at all - it feels unclean (brown water stains on the ceiling for example), and is quite noisy. The phone kept ringing during the massage, and you can clearly hear everything that’s going on at the reception/front desk. The massage room was also quite cold and the oils used were cold too, so it was all a bit uncomfortable. The massage itself wasn’t bad but I wouldn’t return due to the overall experience.

I arrived early and was seen to when I got there. I have been coming to this salon since November and would not go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome
