I'm from the States and was staying at the Savoy a few steps away. Although it's kind of scary to go to a stylist for the first time, especially in a different country, I showed her an Insta video of what I was looking for, she said "brilliant" and replicated it exactly. I don't know why my hairdresser at home has such trouble with that! Chatting was hilarious and the results were fantastic.
