Not happy with my colour. Asked for ash blonde, and was left with a grey looking tone that was way too ash. Looked awful. Was there for 3 hours. Girl next to me also complained. Will not return.

Good haircut. Blow dry was not as good, but honestly the haircut is what stays with you, so it's okay. And I think the price is very fair. It's not a £150 salon, but you don't pay for it either. So I will likely be back

The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable I had a relaxer (retouch) and cut, I was in and out in under 2 hrs.
