Great color and cut and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that it took about 2.5 hours but I am very happy with the end product.

I had Sandra and she was terrific! I had a vague idea of what I wanted and she helped me get the exact hairstyle I wanted. She was also very good with explaining each of her steps, which is always reassuring when going to a new stylist. I would definitely recommend this place!
Ladies' Haircuts
Everything about this place is 5 stars, and I would usually give them 5 stars, but this time they were running very very late and kept me waiting for ages. Initially I was emailed and asked to come half an hour later to my appointment. This is the third time this has happened. I usually don't mind, but this time, on arrival to my appointment at the agreed time half an hour later, I was left waiting for ANOTHER half an hour as my usual stylist was cutting for a walk in. I understand that this wasn't Neil's fault but the manager's, but I was still super annoyed to be left waiting even after they had already pushed my appointment back. I always tip Neil too, and in spite of it not being his fault, I just couldn't this time after waiting around for so long. Loved the overall hair colour, cut and style though. I can't fault the salon for their wonderful stylists.
