The staff were lovely and did a great job with my hair. Everything was perfect. The only negative point was that they called me 30 minutes before my appointment started (while I was on my way) saying that they had to move it to half an hour later because they were running over with someone which meant that I was late for my plans in the evening. Would still highly recommend though!

I have thick curly hair and not sure I had the right hairdresser for the job - he had to ask another hairdresser for assistance at times and often used the thinning scissors. However, it was a lovely experience and they were all very friendly
