The haircut was ok, but I preferred the blow-dry. Overall, they did a good job, but I think it was way over-priced of what it actually was.

The salon is not exactly a sanctuary but the staff were great and welcoming. Neil listened carefully to my hair issues and gave me a perfect cut. The salon is in a perfect location for Charing Cross. I'd definitely go back.
