Went for a pre-birthday trim and blow dry. Got there and had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time as the director was busy doing another persons hair. This was not explicitly acknowledged while I was waiting but the director apologised once I was in the chair. She was kind and checked in with me each step of the process. I liked the end result of my hair.

I was extremely happy With the outcome of my hair. Jackie was great and very thorough. She explained every step as she did my hair from start to finish. What was really nice was her attention to detail , how she listened to what I wanted and was friendly, professional and chatty. She made me a lovely cup of coffee too. Thank you very much Jackie.
