I went for a trim and blow dry and it was absolutely briliant. The salon is in a good location, just couple minutes from Covent Garden, looks very nice inside as well. The hair dresser was great. He took his time, consulted me and kept me informed throughout. Will be definetely coming back.
Ladies' Haircuts
This was my second visit. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere in the salon, can't fault the price particularly with the discount. I was very happy with the cut and blow dry, but a bit less so with the highlights - the colour was perfect but the effect wasn't as natural as I asked for, as a result of the streaks looking a bit stripey. I would nonetheless return, particularly as my first visit there was excellent.

Ladies' Haircuts
I am usually always very happy with my hair at Hebe. The cut was good, and my hairdresser was lovely, however I am very unhappy with the dye job. I paid for grey roots coverage. Previously, Hebe have always done a wonderful job with this. The (very nice) hairdresser asked me what colour I'd like. I said permanent, and the same as usual, as I thought that the colour was saved in your records. This was important, as the colour for my roots actually needs to be a little darker than the rest of my hair to fully cover the grey, and this is what Hebe did excellently for me three times before.
When I got home, I noticed that not only were my roots a different colour to the rest of my hair, but I also still have greys showing! Could someone please contact me on this, as I'd like to get them redone. As above, I am usually very happy with the service provided, and everything was perfect as usual, except for the dye job. Alan was my stylist. He was very fast, efficient and professional. I hadn't been to a salon in 8 years because of several bad experiences. My experience at Hebe was very pleasant indeed. The quality of the blow dry was top-notch, and he gave me the style I wanted without making other recommendations, which I appreciate. I made another appointment straight away.
