The first time I went a style director cut my hair who was simply amazing. I really liked my cut. This time the hairdresser I had just didn't get the term graduated and I am a bit disappinted as styling my bob is quite difficult now and I will need another cut really soon. Not too impressed this time.

Never again. "Afro director" did not introduce herself. Didn't seem very knowledgeable. Didn't base my scalp properly. No form of patch testing. Burned my scalp. Did not wash product out immediately due to the fact one sink was in use and the other was broken. When finally washing my hair, I had to assist because she was not doing it thoroughly enough and I was in pain. Some of my hair started falling out a few days later. Overall, a crappy experience.
