As soon as I got there, someone from the staff came to welcoming me. It was actually the Style Director. She was great! She gave me some advice regarding the colour that suited me best.
I left the saloon very happy with her work.
Definitely coming back again!

The person who took care of me was very nice and friendly. It was very good value for my money and I got exactly what I wanted in terms of length. Everything was done very quickly, which is a goof thing in my book as I don't like spending long hours at the hairdresser. The only thing I would point out was that for the blow dry, my hair was done so that it was extremely straight. I have naturally curly hair and never straighten it, I think it would have been good to just ask me if how I wanted it (as I am not used to the British straight hair style). But the blowdry still was done really well and all in all I had a very good experience.
Ladies' Haircuts
It's the fourth time I go there and in general I m pretty satisfied with the service. This time I had a semi permanent tint from light brown to chocolate. My roots were at least 2 months old and i m natural black hair. The overall result was ok as I can now see that roots are darker and the rest of the already colored hair have a lighted tone. I would prefer to know that from before and get advised on what to do to avoid this. It's not huge difference but I can spot it. Also, there was only a drying out the hair services after colour ing my hair.

Awesome service, lovely blow dry. Excellent value for money. Staff were attentive and highly professional but still warm and friendly. Hair felt fabulous! Would definitely recommend.
