Basically I asked for two inches off my hair and the hairdresser left me with basically a long bob and took over 4 inches off. I also asked for a fringe below the eyebrow and I have a short fringe above the eyebrow. When I went to pay I was asked for £53 and not my wahanda voucher of £27 and then when someone more experienced had to take over the till due to the cashiers confusion she took my card payment and didn't even say thank you or goodbye. Very dissappointed.

I have long hair, paid for a 45 min cut and it all took about 20 mins. The blow dry looked like I'd dried it myself and I had shampoo in my ear and on my face at the end. My stylist was very nice but obviously rushed and I wouldn't go back.

Fab! Fig done my hair and she was wonderful! I went from VERY long hair to a bob so was quite nervous! - but she put me at ease, listened to what I wanted and gave me a great heaircut. THANK YOU FIG! Super price too!

Small but friendly salon. The hairdresser took great care over my highlights but I was charged extra for a second colour and the colour has not lasted very well at all less than one month on. The blow dry was excellent.
