Got very nice high light, firendly Staff - but I hade to pay additional 39 pund extra for the blowdry... They said I hade to pay when they allready had startet and not staying anything about it been so extensions. When it was not a good offer anymore and I feelt tricked.

This is my fourth time at Hebe and my second haircut, i gave it another try after I was not too happy the first time as my hair was cut uneven but it was quickly fixed by Jackie (who is amazing!). I'm not afraid of a hair cut and usually say to a stylist take off what you need too, but was specific on this occasion after my first experience here. After washing my hair it is WAY too short and I would go as far as saying its at least 2-3 inches shorter then I requested and we agreed on. It is not what I asked for at all & it has been cut into a completely different style which I hate. Its my birthday next week & it has been completely ruined by my hair cut, if you have tight curls or afro hair I really would not recommend this salon for a haircut. The blow dry was perfect though and the stylist was lovely!

Finally - somewhere with stylists that listen to how you feel about your hair and what you want. I have had a lot of compliments so far!
