I am usually always very happy with my hair at Hebe. The cut was good, and my hairdresser was lovely, however I am very unhappy with the dye job. I paid for grey roots coverage. Previously, Hebe have always done a wonderful job with this. The (very nice) hairdresser asked me what colour I'd like. I said permanent, and the same as usual, as I thought that the colour was saved in your records. This was important, as the colour for my roots actually needs to be a little darker than the rest of my hair to fully cover the grey, and this is what Hebe did excellently for me three times before.
When I got home, I noticed that not only were my roots a different colour to the rest of my hair, but I also still have greys showing! Could someone please contact me on this, as I'd like to get them redone. As above, I am usually very happy with the service provided, and everything was perfect as usual, except for the dye job. Alan was my stylist. He was very fast, efficient and professional. I hadn't been to a salon in 8 years because of several bad experiences. My experience at Hebe was very pleasant indeed. The quality of the blow dry was top-notch, and he gave me the style I wanted without making other recommendations, which I appreciate. I made another appointment straight away.

Very friendly staff, nice, clean salon and a good blow dry. Reasonable prices, especially given the location. Would definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I needed to be out on time due to the fact I was heading to a show, and the staff took that into consideration.
