I had a bit of a difficult experience - the salon is lovely, clean and most of the staff are fab. Charlie, who cut my hair in the end was brilliant, friendly and interested and did a greatjob. However, I was originally booked in to see a guy (can't remember his name) last Friday, before a night out at the theatre for my boyfriends birthday. I arrived ten mins early and was told he was running late - no problem, I had an hour and 10 mins until I needed to leave for the theatre. Half an hour later I was getting concerned and stressed and although other staff tried to console me, I realised that half an hour wasn't long enough for the cut, blow dry and curl I really wanted. Who wants to have their hair cut rushed! I'd waited 45mins by this point and was devestated. Charlie offered to blow dry my hair, which was lovely, so it looked fine, but I obviously left feeling stressed rather than relaxed! When I went back yesterday however, it was fab.

The salon was really busy when I arrived, which just goes to show its popularity, but it was a little loud and cramped as a result. Having said that, my stylist, Chevron, was brilliant, my hair looked great and I would definitely go back. The off-peak offer makes it incredibly good value.

I loved the Creative Director! She was brilliant- from start to finsih. I ran a couple of ideas by her on what to do, she was patient and offered great advice.
I was cutting my long hair to a medium bob and she was very encouraging but mindful of how it was a change- offered alternative.
The end result was something I can not possible be happier with!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, made sure I was looked after. Cut was very quick but good, did everything I wanted!
