Firstly I would like to say that when I first walked into the salon the ladies were so lovely. I felt welcome and chevron was very friendly, chatty and overall the salon was great.
Unfortunately the Brazilian blow dry treatment I had was not great. I waited the minimum 24 hours and then some to was it out. Wash my hair, blow dried and now I'm left with a giant fuzz ball on my head. I don't have Afro hair, I have curly hair/ very wavy hair and now I've got neither straight or curly hair it's in the middle and feel unmanageable. I got the treatment done as I'm travelling for 3 months. I didn't want to have to worry about the frizz and now it's just discussing. I was charged 25 pounds on top for the tiniest trim at the end. All up 125 pounds down the drain. I'm devastated as I don't have the money or time to fix this mess before I leave.

Great location, very happy with the friendly staff and good advice given by the Afro Director. I initially went in for a relaxer, but after assessing the condition of my hair I'm glad I was advised to have a treatment done first. Enjoyed the massaging chair whilst having my hair washed and with great products used & great quality equipment & good advice how to look after my hair I left feeling great and encouraged to think positively about my hair for the future, would definitely recommend.

The service was amazing and my colour turned out exactly how I wanted it. My stylist Jacqui was amazing and provided a 5 star service. I will definately be going back to get my roots done.
I had a complete restyle with over 7 inches cut off. Charlie was lovely and would definitely go back to her! She suggested donating my hair to the princess trust for cancer patients which i thought was a lovely idea! I left feeling happy, relaxed and would definitely recommend Hebe and charlie herself!

I had an haircut with a style director. She was very nice and after listening what I wanted to do, she also gave good advices about my hair and about the best cut that would fit my face.
