The Stylist was courteous.. she approached me to discuss the look/haircut that I like which resulted to the haircut that suits me. The length was perfect yet she still offered a free cut just in case I want it shorter, which is a great offer (although i wont be taking it as i like the length already).

I saw Alexandra for a permanent regrowth treatment despite actually needing a T-section with highlights. She took the time to come up with a creative way that I could have the cheaper treatment, and was lovely into the bargain! My hair looked great - very happy customer!

I had a great blow dry, friendly hairdresser that did great curls that lasted all night. I would recommend to others thinking of going here.

The haircut was good and the staff member repeated several times what he was about to do to ensure i agreed.
After that he never spoke to me again; kind of unfriendly feeling. The washing was quite strong. I try always to relax at this stage however was impossible as it was hurting me!
Overall i am happy with my haircut and thats the important bit. I would recommend the management should train their staff in customer service.
