This is my second time in Hebe. I 'll keep it short:
The staff is very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
I died my hair and the result is what I was expecting.
The girl how died my hair was really good and she used the time very efficiently.
Def recommending it!
salon was nice but not the best. not only did Wahanda get my booking wrong but also my name. when i asked the hair stylist that i wanted to go brown she immediately told me no, and that it was pretty much impossible, although i am blonde i have had my hair died on several occasions and had no problem. in the end i just gave in and got a hair cut and a treatment which were good. but slightly disappointed that they were so dismissive, a very busy salon so i felt like i was rushed in and out.
Very friendly and accomodating staff, enjoyed the massage chair when I was getting my hair washed and the cut was nothing ground-breaking but exactly what I needed - a quality last minute cut that didn't take up too much of my lunch break! Only minor complaint is that they were about 15 mins late for my appointment.
Stylist was a bit rough with my hair, but she was super friendly and I really like the haircut - great value when booked through wahanda on the day, would recommend.
Overall, a relatively good experience and I was quite surprised how quickly a full head of highlights was done - just over 90 mins in total.
I normally have a couple of colours through my hair and never have I ever paid extra to have more than one colour. When I got there I had to pay an additional £12 for another colour which there is no mention of on the website. In addition, I didn't opt for a blow dry, but instead a rough dry. I wasn't told until I came to pay this was an additional £10 - this lasted literally a few mins therefore had I known, I would rather have left with wet hair.
I'd check these two points in advance so you can get an accurate estimation of cost before visiting as its not as transparent as it should be.
