Couldn't fault my appointment at all. Charlotte was attentive and lovely - she listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. I've avoided hairdressers for years for various reasons, so I am overjoyed to finally have found someone who does what I ask! She framed my face perfectly, and gave my hair its personality back. Even got a nice little head massage during my wash - very good! Excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be returning and requesting Charlotte again!!

Staff were very friendly and offered great advice- they listened to what I actually wanted and then suggested any improvements but didn't force me to choose these like some other salons do. Very happy to use Hectik Hair again
The stylists are extremely friendly and careful, they take great care of their clients. The salon has a separate hair wash area I think it's great for some privacy and quietness. Looking forward to my next visit!
Staff all very friendly. Upon arrival when seated I was offered hot drink then met charlotte my hairdresser who cut and styled my hair to spec and gave good tips. Great banter and perfect location. Would recommend.
