Generally I feel as though I am on a conveyor belt in the hairdressers but here was completely different, no rush, plenty of time and care taken. Charlotte was my stylist who coloured my hair and gave it it`s first haircut in a year, as I have been ill and lost all my hair last year. Charlotte was lovely, colour is perfect and she spent a long time making sure my haircut was right. Even though this visit was on an offer and fabulous value I will be returning and happy to pay full price. For me the haircut has to be good but equally important is coming away feeling that you got all round value for money and not just pushed through you definitely get that here.

I booked in for a haircut. Chanel is friendly and a very good stylist. Excellent service, good value for money.

Second time I've visited Hectik, lovely haircut as before. Great staff and stylists who are always friendly and who listen to what you want to achieve with your hair. Will definitely be going back :)

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, the head message during hair washing was really nice, don't normally get it in London though.
