Hectik was a very professional place, I had Charlotte for my cut and blow dry and she was amazing, she did exactly what I wanted and gave me some tips on how to look after my hair

Really nice spacious salon, with a separate room for washing hair. Staff were very friendly and the hairdresser did a really good job, listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. Would definitely recommend.

Not at all what I wanted. Worst haircut I have ever had. Same wi my friend. It's been over a month and I'm counting down the days til my hair has grown out and I can get another haircut somewhere else. Really unhappy with this haircut, I could've done a better job myself (and have cut my fringe way better as a teenager). Never going there again.
My friend has wavy/frizzy hair and the hairdresser didn't listen to her request and straightened her hair. We had to wash everything out and attempt to restyle it ourselves when we left. Terrible.
I went with a friend to have a haircut and style before an important event. The hairdresser did not take into account hair types and we were both unhappy with our haircuts. I asked for a cut with a fringe and it was the worst fringe cut I have ever had - I used to cut my fringe as a teenager and did a better job! I'm waiting for my hair to grow to an appropriate length so I can get my fringe done again - all the wrong hairs were cut and it looked too short and cheap and unprofessional.
My friend had frizzy/wavy hair and asked for her hair to be styled with curls. Instead her hair was straightened and it didn't suit her face shape or hair type. We both felt like the hairdresser, although friendly, did not listen to our requests. As soon as my friend washed her hair and attempted to style it the way she liked. The whole thing was money wasted. It's been over a month since our haircuts and we are both still very unhappy.
Definitely won't be going there ever again

Chanelle was very patient whilst I explained my requirements, then gave me a really good hair cut that met exactly what I asked for!
She's offered a free fringe trim when needed and sent me home with a little sample product as I don't currently use anything.
Very happy.
