At first I thought it was going to be very good as I was doing the first client was cut and blow dry, but once I had reached Bromley and paid for parking Hectik called me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they could not fit me in at the time I had booked for and I rechecked my voicemail when they claimed they had contacted me two days earlier, which they had not. The only time they had that would’ve left me enough time to get ready for my prom later that day clashed with my nail appointment. It was a very stressful experience on an already stressful day that was made more so by my hair at the end. The stylist and I had decided on no more than two inches because I had planned to donate my hair at the end of the summer but she ended up cutting off five, meaning my hair would not grow long enough for the minimum requirement to donate. I had a blow dry that she claimed would hold well into the evening, despite my straight hair, but by the time I got home 20 minutes later all the curls had dropped and my hair was flat. I ended up curling my hair myself, wasting my time and money, and I didn’t even get an apology after I had arrived.
This was my first visit whilst being ill and was hoping to cheer myself up, I never once felt pressurised into buying products, having a style I didn’t want or feeling judged by the way I looked.
I had such a lovely down to earth stylist called Hollie who gave me what I needed.
I will definitely return and recommend xxx
The haircut was fine however they don't look at their Treatwell appointments until the day of when they ring you up to tell you 'oh sorry we have only just seen this and we don't have any appointments today so you'll have to change it'
Even though I booked 3 weeks in advance...
Won't be going back.
