I had a fantastic experience at Hectik...they squeezed me in and made me feel at home even though they hadn’t received the actual booking confirmation from treatwell.
I loved my cut and style...have booked to return next month for a colour too!
All staff were really warm and welcoming. Love my cut and love the colour. Will be back.
Despite it being an awkward start as Treatwell had sent my appointment late to the salon and I had to wait 40 mins to be seen, and it wasn't clear on Treatwell until after I booked that the price was for new customers, this isn't the salon's fault and I was very happy with my cut and blowdry. Treatwell seems to be dropping the ball lately when you book last minute and this is the 2nd time I've had an awkward situation at a salon not knowing I was coming.
