The hairdresser Hollie was very warm and friendly, she understood my needs and the cut was great.
Though because I booked with Treadwell I paid full price whereas in the salon they offer a discount for first time clients so I actually missed out on this.
The salon is welcoming and friendly but I wasn't particularly happy with my haircut only because it ended up being an expensive trim but I accept that this was probably largely due to the fact I was growing it. However, I did ask for a flick style which didn't really pan out.
Helen did my haircut and I was impressed with the result. She very patiently listened to what I wanted to do and gave appropriate advice. Very satisfied with my experience.
Very friendly and welcoming staff and I trusted them to make decisions about colour and cut. Great hair wash, including massage chair. Drinks offered. I would definitely go again.
