Hannah did a wonderful job and really took the time to discuss my cut and actually do the cut. I rarely leave the hairdressers 100% happy but on this occasion I did!
So happy with the service! For the price, I thought my haircut and the overall is experience was amazing. Have recommended to all of my friends and colleagues.
I had a great haircut and the stylist was extremely knowledgable about cuts and was happy to offer suggestions on what he thought I should do.
My only concern was that I booked a time through Treatwell that actually wasn't available with the salon. They then had to rearrange it for me (which was an inconvenience) but did upgrade me to a senior stylist to make up for it.
Staff was welcoming. However, waste bin next to my seat was not up to standard. Also, although the stylist tried hard to get the cut I explained I was left at the end with one side longer than the other, and the whole general length was more than I wanted. I suppose it's better to err on the safer side! I'd also asked for thinning scissors but my hair was as is at the end so hardly any thickness was taken out. Will have to get all that sorted elsewhere.
