The whole experience was lovely. There was a problem with the booking that I made via Treatwell as the salon needs to accept the booking in order to be confirmed and Treatwell did not make me aware of this. However, the lady I saw, Harley, managed to squeeze me in and asked me to come back half an hour later, being very apologetic. She did an amazing job with my hair, exactly how I wanted it! I will definitely recommend
