Staff were efficient and friendly. The cut and blow dry, scheduled for 45 minutes, took considerably longer (I was the stylist's last customer of the day). This wasn't a problem as I had time to spare. Overall, I was very satisfied and it was great value for money.
A very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The staff are lovely and offered me some great advice and tips on styling... the hairdressing is top class. I will definately be going back!
First time visit and I am very pleased with my new color! The stylist Ami she is very professional and overall I will visit there again and recommand to friends too!
This was my second visit and I couldnt be more dissapoited! Salon was very busy and my coloring seemed to be rushed. Also purchased this over Wahanda and they wanted to see my email confirmation where they noticed that I had £15 discount as a reward for my reviews. They said they need to charge me £15 for toner even no one mentioned anything during coloring or toning that there is an extra charge for toner. I think that should be included in price if bleach is used or at least be notified about it. Dissapointed
