I went to Hectic to have hair colouring and Brazilian keratin treatment. I was advised to have highlights too. Unfortunately the money I paid for highlights were just lost, since highlights were not visible at all and I felt like I paid money for nothing.
Very friendly. No waiting around and delicious coffee offered several times. The stylist was very keen to understand what I wanted and to discuss what would work and why. I didn't feel overwhelmed or pressured into anything and was very pleased with the end result. The stylist also showed me different ways to wear the style. Overall, I was very happy indeed and have booked my next appointment.
I headed to Hectick to have my shoulder length hair cut into a short crop - always a bold move if you're trying out somewhere new. Luckily, my stylist excelled himself. I showed him a picture of how my hair used to look and he got the idea straight away.
My hair was shampooed by a girl with a head full of beautiful curls (it's always reassuring to see hairdressers with great hair) and then Mike got to work on the cut. He did a great job, and I'm really pleased with the results.
During my trip to the salon I was also offered some colouring advice, and given some samples of products such as wax and volumising shampoo to try out - always a bonus!
The salon is easy to find, and when I discovered a road was blocked off for a Christmas display the staff helpfully redirected me. I'll certainly be going back when my crop starts to grow out!
Great hairdressers did a fantastic wash and blow dry and the staff are so friendly. Defo will be going back! The hairdressers is very clean and the lady that shampoo's your hair is amazing.....
