Wash was nice, mini head massage, nice products. Trim & shape was pretty normal!
As a first time customer I was made to feel very welcome. The stylist (Gaynor) was lovely and put me at ease, happy to talk through the cut and how it would work with my hair. She listened carefully and as a result gave me the cut I wanted. I love it! I will definitely go again and will recommend to others.
I booked spontaneously for a haircut after a long time and Helen did an amazing job! She listened to what I asked for and came up with a style most suitable for me. The whole team was very pleasant and welcoming. Will come back again!
