I'm conflicted about writing a bad review for Laura who I really like, but I had a shockingly bad hair colour experience last week. I have all-over chocolate colour with caramel highlights. My highlights went orange because she was unfamiliar with the brand, so I had to come back for a second day of correcting colour (a lot of my time). Unfortunately this meant 2x as much bleach and my hair is now generally orange and in very bad shape - she gave me a discount of 25% which is laughable considering the state of my hair. I bought a box of colour at Superdrug and have booked in a corrective colour session.
Stylist (Laura?) was fabulous!
Really listened to what I wanted, and gave really good suggestions.
