The staff were all very friendly, especially Rachel who was great to talk to, and very fast and experienced with waxing. She even managed to get off fairly short hairs that I probably should have let grow out a bit more. The facial was really good as well and I forget the lady's name, but the lady who did it was really sweet and considerate of my sensitive skin. I had a really good experience overall!
