Helen was really friendly and made me feel at ease, the treatment room was lovely and warm, smelt fantastic and was very comfortable. The massage was really relaxing and I would definitely recommend Helen, I even booked a further treatment after the massage.

A truly wonderful experience. I have had both Therapeutic and Aromatherapy Massage with Helen and they were both really relaxing.
Going to Helen for a massage is a special treat for me. The treatment room is like a little oasis of calm in a fast and crazy world. I love the ambience, the smell of the oils and the gentle music. I feel relaxed within minutes and could quite easily lay there all day and be massaged. Can't wait for my next visit. Thank you Helen!
i have been having a massage now for 3 years now with helen.
i stand up a lot at work and spend most of the day grinding ! ... hence the back pains ! but since i have been having massage therapy my back is feeling great ! and very rarely get back pain :)

I had problems with my neck for quite a few years & had visited chiropractors & physio's all without any real satisfaction. I had almost given up but then booked a massage with Helen Castle and was delighted to find some relief afterwards. Helen said that there was a lot of stiffness in my upper back & neck so I decided to book a monthly massage to keep things at bay, that was 18 months ago & the monthly massages have really been of great benefit. I would also like to add Helen is a really friendly approachable lady that makes you feel at ease on visits & I can honestly say that I have never had a better massage elsewhere and have & would certainly recommend her services to anyone looking to for expert therapy.
