Really great massage, thanks Helen! Would definitely recommend to anyone. Came in because I had really tight shoulders and upper back and still feel much lighter 2 days later. Will return soon. ☺️

What an amazing massage. Helen is very professional and thorough in her massage and the music and lighting whisked me away from it all. Never felt so relaxed! Definitely worth a visit lovely little place away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I have had massages before and my experience at The Lifestyle Centre with Helen was one of the best. The room was perfectly set up, clean, warm, relaxing. I felt comfortable with Helen, who is friendly, professional and skilled in massage therapy. My back felt so much better and it was a wonderful treat. I highly recommend this venue & therapist.
