Shaz was a lovely nail technician. I came in for the first time after having a horrible manicure experience elsewhere, Shaz fixed my cuticles & file my nails properly. The tools were all clean. She was very patient with my shellac colour selection, and put samples on my nails to see what it looks like on my hand. overall, i’m very happy with the service, value for quality nails. thanks shaz! ill be coming back again <3

Unfortunately, I didn’t have a great experience, despite this Salon being recommended to me. The atmosphere and cleanisnss was good, but I was late for my event because I booked my appointment for 1:15 for a wash,set,cut blow dry and was left under the dryer for over 1hr30mins because they were and only started my cut and blowdry process at 15:00. It was rushed. I find this issue with many Africans owned salons, where they take too many bookings and can’t manage them. Please fix this issue x
