I went for a touch up of my roots however it was done very poorly- my ears, neck and forehead was covered in dye. The bottom was a different colour to my roots, the roots were more brighter to the bottom of my hair- I am aware this is what a touch up does but I have been here before and it was blended from the roots to the ends perfectly. This time however I had to go and buy a box dye to finish off the job myself. I will not be coming back as I think £65 for a root touch up is unacceptable.

Best hair salon in London - I wouldn't go anywhere else. A lovely atmosphere - Helen is a brilliant hair dresser. I always leave the salon feeling years younger and very happy with my hair treatment.
