Sadly had a really disappointing experience with my haircut. Hairdresser misinterpreted my request (admittedly fairly high level of ‘I’m growing my hair and want to keep the length, but it’s not sitting right when straightened so maybe a couple layers but not too short as they won’t work when my hair is curly’) and gave me long at the back and really short ‘Rachel’ like layers at the front.
If you’re going in, 100% bring a picture and be really specific - though in the future I’m going to make any hairdresser repeat back what they think my request was and what they’re planning on doing before they cut my hair!

It was my first time having a Hollywood and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the staff member made me feel. Everyone was polite and friendly. The threading was brilliant. My nails looked beautiful and it was a nice touch to be offered a cup of tea. I will definitely be going there in future for all my beauty needs.
