Everything regarding my visit to H&G was excellent. Staff were very courteous and polite. Ambience, cleanliness 5 star excellence. Also great value for money.

Waxing was done quite quickly like the person was in a rush. The towel i was sat on was not clean but as there was a paper sheet on top just went ahead with the waxing.

was told that the wash cut and blow dry was for soft European hair. I am mixedrace so was slightly offended.
