I booked and paid through Treatwell. When I arrived they had no record of my booking but took me in anyway. The manicurist cut my cuticles, after I told her not to, and then made me bleed on my fingers as a result.
After I finished my treatment I left and went to grab the bus. One of the women chased me down the street saying I hadn’t paid, even though I showed I had when I arrived. I had to show her again and she didn’t apologise for chasing me. Never will go back there again.
