I turned up to the venue and waited fifteen minutes before being told that the technician who does acrylic nails is not in today. Considering I booked a day in advance, I was frustrated that this wasn't explained to me earlier. I was then told to come back tomorrow, however I declined. This is my first and last time booking a treatment with H&G.

I really loved the H&G salon, the team are really professional and friendly. The half-head of highlights that I got were really good; the stylist chose colours that suited my complexion and I'm really happy with the result.
