Initial impression not great. My appointment was for 18:30 booked via Treatwell and I waited 40 minutes to be seen because they hadn’t taken the Treatwell bookings into account while confirming phone bookings. However, when I was seen my beautician was absolutely amazing, personality and skill-wise. She was welcoming with brilliant chat throughout, whilst also doing a brilliant job. Highly recommend for value for money. However they need to work out their schedule.

The staff is lovely, however, the manicure was a bit disappointing. I’ve apparently got double booked in the system and my manicure felt very rushed. There was no cuticle treatment, no hand cream, just a simple polish. Now, two days later, the gel is chipping already.

I had the olaplex and haircut! Left with my hair feeling so healthy and the cut was lovely. Helen both cut and blow dried my hair amazingly! lovely staff too
Only thing i would comment on is the fact i never actually saw the olaplex in the bottle (they used unlabled bottles) which combined with the price makes me think maybe its not olaplex?
either way, for the price, a fantastic experience!
